Random question:
With the release of the new wallet, has it interfered with the old wallet version's staking process? I have enough to stake regularly (usually 3-5 blocks a day) and haven't gotten any today.
Obviously not out of the question to not have one yet today, just wanted to ask considering the timing.

new version of the wallet stabilizing and improving it is not a luxury but a must for some key exchanges , this new release goes towards one step more to satisfy , also services like shapeshift demand it and look at it close
I just installed the linux 64 bit latest version, but sadly it just crashed soon after. Couldn't relaunch without deleting the usal files but no corrupt blockchain message. I am re-syncing now. So maybe wait for more feedbacks before update the MNs...
I updated my masternodes to 2.1.7 without any issues on Ubuntu 16.04. Didn't need to resync either. No issues so far.
no issues with ubu 16.04 and w7 64-bit here 2

Yes, I'm pretty sure you can. This version basically weeds out corrupt blockchains better.
BTW, I"ve updated my guide so that you can just try updating only the binary files first.
ok thanks, i just resynced my ubuntu system with version 2.1.7 from scratch and made a chain backup.

I remember when I mine this coin it was very cheap. Now it is almost 100 times more expensive.
