With regards to my post above: I had to manually add *all* workers to *all* algorithms pages in {ALGO} > Workers > Worker name/password. Having them defined in the "Hub Workers" page was not sufficient ... none of them were showing up on any of the algorithm stats pages.

To the pool OP: you really should fix the European server issue. At least 5 servers that respond to europe.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com are in fact in Japan with a ping of 300ms from Europe.

same here with ZCL. Transactions go, the balance does not change.

So many issues with this pool from what I can see. Is it normally stable? Have people lost money?

I want to mine only equihash coins (no other algo), but I want the pool to auto-switch to the most profitable equihash coin.

The pool info says I should connect to port "17XXX" and there is no other info. The pool info is quite unclear and confusing.

Here's what I did:

- in the "hub workers" page I added all my workers and set them on Job=Account's default job
- in the "hub workers" page I set the Account's default job to "Equihash" (under "Algo Auto Switch")
- I pointed my miners to europe.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com port 17023
- my miners started mining and they report that shares are being accepted (1000+ shares already accepted)
- I cannot see my miners anywhere on any of the 4 equihash coins (bitcoin gold, zcash, zencash, zclassic) and it's been 30 minutes already

What am I doing wrong? Can someone please post an actual tutorial or a link to one for the auto-switch of coins but a single algo (not multi-algo)?

p.s. many of the IPs for the europe.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com resolve to servers in Japan, with a huge ping of 300ms ... e.g. 172.104.127.76 has a ping of 300ms from Europe and appears to be in Japan, whereas 139.162.138.168 has a ping of 50ms and appears to be in Germany. This isn't good at all.

zcl Account Information and Recent Credits does not work ... they stay for more then a hour or two without changing but i can see that there are new transactions incoming in transactions menu

The coins previously were added to auto-exchange but now i don't see them anywhere? Normal wallet does not show coins for last couple hours.
Any help appreciated.

How long does it take to wait before the hub worker will show hashrate in the dashboard?

These days I was struggling with server performance issue due to intel meltdown bug.
I upgraded DB, web server both and other remain mining servers will be upgraded too.


1. I also did some logic optimization but I did something wrong today.
Newly mined coins were credited to auto exchange wallet due to this new bug. It's now all fixed.
Please transfer your coins to normal wallet by clicking left arrow button at each pool's wallet page if you don't want to auto exchange.

2. Unified miner page will come soon. Sorry for late again. I'm still optimizing, testing this featuer.


3. I hired customer service staff and she is learning pool tech everyday. I believe she will answer things more quickly soon.

It will not do it retrospectively. New settings will be applied to newly acquired coins only.

That's less text than telling someone to watch videos.

I've been trying to get an answer for a week now. Why did ping become high? Was it before 54ms and now 200ms on the European server equihash? I know for sure that everything is fine with my Internet. So why did this happen? The European server is now further geographically? Give me an answer please!
