is there a whitepaper or more information on the codebase behind how the social spending works?  your infographic says exchange on paypal.  is that a goal or is that a guarantee?  what other options are there if paypal doesnt work?

Same procedure we just went through for PIEX. The only difference is that we are taking a snapshot of the chain tomorrow, November 5, 2017, and any coins moved after that point will not be swapped.

Get all your coins of c-cex and move then into a personal wallet.

Is there any action we need to take other than keeping the coins in our wallet?

a few suggestions, the 16mil stolen coins are "available" after the new swap so there are a few things the team can do with those here are my suggestions:

1. create a few dev masternodes to secure the network and fund the dev team for their hard work

2. a few "comunity" masternodes to fund comunity dev efforts, bounty campaigns or exchange listing costs

3. the rest could be distributed pro rata to stakers and mn hodlers who secured the network and never sold in this confusing times

What is SocialSend

It’s a currency that can be easily sent across various social media platforms like facebook,
twitter, youtube and google+ among others. Its extremely fast with near zero transaction fees.
The key feature is that it's easy to use and no prior setup is needed for someone receiving a
transaction. That is the most important part; which is someone can receive a payment having
never heard of cryptocurrency and with no prior setup (i.e. wallets) and still be able to spend the
money. The person receiving the payment will have the ability to open up PayPal and turn that
cryptocurrency into their local FIAT currency.

The project is 90% done and currently being tested. The code is written and we are now
working on integrating different features into the platform such as the PayPal integration. We
are also working on an E commerce integration so that stores can receive payment easily in
cryptocurrency. Also of important note is that this is a platform and can work with multiple
currencies.

The unique technology that makes all this work is the platform and not our currency. Almost any
cryptocurrency can be used on the platform. This means that this platform can be licensed to
other currencies so that when someone goes to use the platform they could choose from a
variety of cryptocurrencies. This also means that SocialSend will have a significant revenue
stream from licensing out the platform so that other currencies can expand into social media by
paying a fee. This opens up the whole cryptocurrency universe to being able to easily send their
currencies across social media. This isn’t just about our currency, but it's about opening up all of
social media to all of the cryptocurrencies.

Piex is doing a snapshot of all wallets on Sunday 11/5/17 at 10pm UTC.

All coins must be in your wallet at that time to be swapped to our new coin.

Instead of relying on donations consider of keeping 1% of coins with Piex team while performing the next swap(99 coins for 100 ).
By doing this we can get a sizeable amount of development fund in very short time.

Thanks for the update.  I'm going to do my best to be there live to catch it.  This issue with c-cex is going to bring PIEX back stronger and better than ever.  I really do believe that.  And I'm willing to stake my large claim of PIEX to this new chain instead of dumping on c-cex (who would do that lol) . . . lets roll.

I expect not. The swap should be to invalidate all "invented" coins from C-CEX...

I would not buy anything there at the moment.

 Heard at slack that there will be another swap so, if purchased now at C-cex will it be swapped.

So did C-CEX ever confirm what they did? Why might even go to the SEC with this right?
