It's a pity that cryptoworld in our days is full of such scam projects that undermine the credibility of the entire crypto field.
How do we know he cashed out? Were is addresses known or was there a huge dump?

I guess this is one airdrop I'm no longer upset that I never received. Dev never responded to my PMs or anything... another pump and dump coin it seems he ran away with everyones money with his "airdrop"..... If only the world of crypto had 20/20 vision to see between the scam coins and real ones 
Unfortunately there are all signs that you are right. But an vanishingly small chance that TOKC will rise in month or years. So one more running wallet doesn't effect of system efficiency
It is possible that it could be pumped in the future, I have seen many long dead coins inexplicably rise in volume and value before dying off and sinking back into insignificance. If you have some, may as well hold on, just in case.

Why not give these information to a new player. Good name for a good coin right? I dont want to see this coin being wasted for something that is inactive if not scammy. I would like to see this coin reach new heights. But the stakes are rolling in fine (at old wallet)

what's wrong with new wallet? will my coins be lost if I save them in new wallet? a few days ago my brother got hacked and all his coins disappeared and i did not want to happen like that

Exactly! Most of us got TOKC via Airdrop spent only 5 minutes own time. POS is working well. Wallet doesn't drain much PC resources and there is no difficulty to hold the wallet open for POS. Maybe in half of year TOKC will reach 10k satoshi
Sure but what if there is no active development to be expected and nobody is going to add value to the coin? Then you have a working blockchain but that's it. Not sure if it is of any long-term value. I fear it is not.

Now buy price is 2 satoshi, so if we will see empty buy orders it will mean only one - the coin is not needed anybody and we can safely forget about the coin (There are many examples of the process)

There is no news at all except sometimes a tweet and an update on the first page. Staking still works fine. But I think I lost a 100 buck gamble with this. Still proud owner of more than 300K to add to my rubish collection. Site is registered in Panama bye the way though a thrid party to keep anonymous. But who knows...
