In different EU countries local laws differ. In some countries registration can be done faster, that is what we are doing. We plan to obtain a banking license in Luxembourg, which is also EU member country. The payment system will be registered in the Czech Republic ( EU member country as well), we have already obtained a payment institution license (SPI) there.

It's more accurate to say - by EU laws (Estonia is EU member country). In particular, Azbit Ltd. and the regulated Azbit Pro exchange will comply with the EU’s MiFid directive.

And as far as we know it is not planned.
