Yes, it will be checked on small part of dataset to determine diagnostics accuracy.

Skychain will attract miners with computing resources. So miners will provide their resources for neural networks trainings and get rewards in Skychain Global Coins.

Royalty for data is for dataset providers and medical neural networks developers. It is not for patients and doctors.
