Skychain mobile is for information only. Final diagnostics will be done always by doctor. So doctor will bear the responsibility.

In my opinion, Skychain is planning to collect 10-20 million USD to complete the development of its service.Yes, correct. Skychain in a global infrastructure project and we need at least 10 million to get the developed to to attract the critical mass of market players to our eco system.
We will pay back all the money we collected during main sale to token buyers. $10 million its a minimum for such a global infrastructure project as Skychain. We sure will sell all 30 million tokens. So better participate early.

It's interesting, but if the maximum amount of funds is collected during the sale, will it somehow speed up the development?
