Thats true, but there will ever be groups, where you can buy your positive ratings, after you pay for it. You cant really avoid this.

I don't know how but the AI they're working on must issue this problem, which is a problem already brought up so many times

Still not true. For normal people, there would potentially be less than 100 reviews (potentially less than 10) which could really unfairly skew things if the reviewers had malicious intentions

The system should be able to filter out votes of somebody trying to abuse the system in any way.

Maybe there could be an "appealing period" before data gets stored on the blockchain. For example, after someone receives a rating they have 4 weeks to appeal it and Repu then will investigate the case. During these 4 weeks the data will be stored on regular servers.

Today's down trend make me think twice wether I will invest or not. My asset is decreasing in price and I can't afford to sell them for now to get ethereum. I will wait what is the trend in the upcoming week.

The beginning of the year always shows trends to decline rates. This is caused not only by the pressure on the cryptocurrency, but also by many other economic factors. We should wait a bit and everything will return to normal!
