There have been questions about the mysterious developers but when the web wallet was released it kind of proved that there are real developers in this project. Distribution of coins will help to build the community and this is just as important as a whitepaper

It's not really a basic question. As JustASalad pointed out, only the official tweets are needed, not things Priv retweets. The point of retweeting things is to give the project more exposure. If the only thing you do on twitter is retweet stuff from one project - it quickly loses any impact it might have had.

As said above, my understanding is you only have to retweet tweets from the official handle. There used to be weeks where you also had to retweet others, but they were announced on discord and here on BCT
