My client is pretty much insta-crash upon loading. I've compiled my own daemon on my Linux box and still the same thing happens when trying to stake.

I have had persistent crashing of the client since I set it running. I'll be one of the people in dire need of this fix, hopefully it isn't a major rework requiring some hardforking or whatever.

I have been working closely with some coin development specialists in diagnosing the issue with staking which seems systemic as multiple users have reported the crash issue.
We do have a build that is stable under our test bench and we'll be looking to roll this out as soon as possible once we're sure the issue is resolved.
Pending that, we'll look at the steps to getting the test platform rolled out.

My client currently crashes every hour or so, and I get a tonne of orphans. I guess from your last update you're aware of this..

Thanks again to all participants, I see now that you have all withdrawn your coins. In the coming day or so, the Proof of Stake will come online and of course with that we'll be following up with some more updates on the beta platform as well as looking at getting listed on some exchanges. It would be great if during this time as many of you as possible kept your wallets open to help the transition to proof of stake as smooth as possible.

The crowdfund happened a while ago, at the moment it seems staking is causing the coin to have some instability when running the gui client.

I second the mac wallet, my laptop can't stay online all the time so I won't be able to keep my wallet on for staking if a mac wallet isn't released.

Not expecting huge uptake at first, but i'm certainly going to want to trade the coins I bought that are just sitting on my wallet right now.
I've also got a couple friends together who are interested in trying to earn some coin so it'll be beneficial to get on an exchange to let more people buy them.
