Still no blocks.
I think the admin is stealing the first few blocks. Fuck this pool I'm mining solo now.

welcome!just a notice for new comers, pool stats are updated once 5-10 minutes, your hashrate is calculated as average per shares you've sent within last 10 minutes. So it will take some time for counter get to your real hashing speed.
Also about RBPPS:
RBPPS - Round-Based Pay Per Share. Like PPS, but payouts are delayed till a block is found and confirmed by the network. If a found block gets orphaned, earnings relative to it are not paid.
