I like the fact that there are some fresh new ideas, and the ideas lean towards helping the little guy. Dev please update with pool that will be available. The OP says pool will be stated 24 hours before launch and its launch day. Please add countdown to OP.

is it solo minable ? (I have hard time understanding how anyone could limit anything if it is) ?
What prevent anybody from setting up multiple username for their rig ( good luck to ocminer for monitoring hashrate/IP address, it will be a tough job... )

They did it
Limit per IP and only 1 worker allowed per pool. So in this case you can get 10 MH total for all your mining rigs. My concern is that the dev is not giving much information or responding to our questions? You can look for this on the MIN thread.

Fair Distribution! Hell ya I'm in! I can live with 10 MH. 50 was nicer but it represents a fair distribution and I will do all I can to support that. 40 to 50 Mh/s limitation is fair enough to ensure fair distribution among large population of miners.
this is x15, 50mh/s on x15 is like 75MH/s on x11, 10MH/s is good enough, maybe 25MH/s would have been better
If there would be at least 2 to 3 pools at launch,then 10 Mh/s is good enough, since one can mine on 2 to 3 pools with maximum of one user id, i.e. total hash rate will be 20 to 30 Mh/s.
But if single pool at launch then 10 mh/s wouldn't be sufficient, as one rig of 4 r9 280x in x15 will have max hash of 12Mh/s
Hmm dev didn't respond for 2 days... It's a shame this is a good concept.

10mh is good and fair limit meaning this coin will be very valuable. not sure why use x15 but i will give it a shot. dont expect dedicated or supernova to get on board.. but i actually suggest.. dont let them.. they are a shady bunch.
