I can't understand why almost no one is seeing this opportunity! This series is the chance get a unique niche and to spread the word far beyond the bitcointalk sphere.

The TV series looks great, and it has a growing community. @KlondikeTV already has 2000 followers, there is a live feed of the Klondike village, etc. We all know how passionate people can be for their favorite TV series. It would have been kind of cool to be the unofficial currency for people that are inspired by the series and want to take a chance and join a gold rush themselves! Cheesy

The problem with mining on a pool with a low hashrate is you only share what blocks the pool finds. So basically 2 people will 50/50 split the blocks they find. That may take some time unless he has a lot hashpower. Better off on the 2nd to biggest pool, I've been told.

I've been mining for 30 minutes or so on hashwithme pool but no balance showing. There is only one other guy lol.

Most of the coins that I look at today that has some values started ~ more than 3 months ago or longer...KDC is like fine wine...Given enough time, promotion and exposure and we will get there as well!!!

Very difficult to say... there are a few miners that want to sell it to pay for electricity, rent, etc, and those most likely will sell 500KDC for 0.05BTC, but when you look at how difficult it has became to mine it,and in 80 days you will get half of the coins, so means again 50% less return then on the long run we can see $1 per KDC in 2017.

There are quite a few factors at play with this. Firstly and most importantly. We didn't pre-mine a single block. Infact members of the community hold larger shares than the development team meaning there is much more of a spread of the coin and less chance of this coin been dumped and crashing once it hits an exchange.

Klondike Coin is far rarer than either of the two coins mentioned above, this alone should create a higher value per coin.

If you have a read through the opening post on the thread and our roadmap, we have things in development which no other coins have, let alone the two you mentioned.

The reason for the interest around the other coins been higher? Hype. Klondike Coin was never pre-announced. The first people other than the devs had heard of this coin was on the night it was released.

Ultimately those that have faith in this coin have only good things coming their way and will find reward in their continued support.
