All Ethereum based wallets need to be unlocked before sending a transaction(s).

Since the tx is green, it's probably sent and still need confirmation if being sent to an exchange (Usually 750 confirmations, which is rough 3 to 5 hours some times depending on network block times).

So, any chance of asking Poloniex to list this? How's the progress with Bittrex?

Great to hear about the up coming face lift on the ANN and wiki. Any plans on getting a website setup?

A website is not a priority right now. We would like to run it decentralized on the shift network. Have had talks with bittrex earlier on IRC, i think its in progress, but can not say for sure.
