No, abandoned by it's dev. However, the blockchain works properly and the transactions are possible.
Maybe someone will bring this to life, as will be a waste of time and resources for many of the community members.

This is a curious project... started looking like a scam, then seemed to be going in the right direction, then became silent (and abandoned), and now seems that the devs MAY come back. It's funny and intriguing...
