Why not!
I think the majority of future crypto users will be oriented to webwallets.
There are lots of options: main ones are exchanges or payment providers.
You are looking to do a website that also includes wallet features?

I am a fan of cryptopia.  I think they are heading in a consumer-friendly direction.  I would describe their platform as fun (rather than suit&tie business).  I like the tipping and transfer and ebay auctions.  The transfer feature is basically a webwallet that lets you send for free (and easy just type a name not alphanumerical strings).  Seen another payment provider with email payment options.

Nice Quote from SunnyKing

"There are important difference with a commercial project and a volunteer project, a commercial project can afford to increase complexity and just deal with it by throwing money after it. Whereas a volunteer project, increase of complexity could very much mean the end of it."

Working on a new site at the moment. In future, my main focus will be trying to make SmartCoin more "consumer-friendly". Creating/Managing wallets via browser (with client side encryption of course) and most importantly making SMC more easy to obtain. Psionin is also working on some interesting stuff.

Anyhow, I hope to see SMC on more exchanges soon.. do you think unexperienced people would mine SMC if a very user-friendly mining tool was provided?

smart words:

"one of the oldest artifacts in the world is the Code of Hammurabi, a Babylonian document dating back to almost 2000BC which deals with contract law. Contract law is the foundation on which civilizations are built. And it is the basis for how we – no, they – have been able to create corporate society. Through contract law, you get access to a set of legal tools in order to incorporate and scale upwards. With Bitcoin, we now have a new set of tools, that are not based on the law of the state, but based on the laws of mathematics. This enables us to create decentralized law, digital governance, and a wide scope of means for trade and business."

Selling SMC? I'll buy them for the right price.
Why? I'd like to own a large amount of an altcoin, mainly for fun.
Why SMC? Low marketcap, dev still active on the board, website still up and looking good, trading on cryptsy (despite their problems, they still have good liquidity and plenty of traders).

SMC is still buried under tons of shitte cons ...

SMART will rise.

dev still active on the board
website still up and looking good
(was) trading on cryptsy with fair liquidity
coins released from cryptsy (yeah the wallet is open withdraw)
now traded on Yobit
light weight blockchain, so fast loading wallet
great brand, in fact a smart brandname
the only longshot (maybe) is DASH and START failing on x11
Maybe we should try to contact some other exchanges

Smart Data is Visual
I've recently been mucking about with showing coinmarketcap's top (> 1 BTC) volumes and what % is coming from Chinese exchanges, here's a visual from about half an hour ago ...

Cheers
