I hope someone creates a Smartcoin twitter account,
and I will help you to get some followers, via @simplysmartcoin
(but it isn't really the big numbers ya want, it is quality followers who interact,
and you interact with them to grow a business, along with promoting coins)
Consider making a twitter account specifically for smartcoin,
something themed like the examples below:
1- Smartcoin
2- Smart Business
3- Smart Money ( I hope a financial expert will do this )
4- Smart Phone
5- Smart Grid
6- Smart Home/House
7- Smartcoin Mining
8- Smartcoin Trading
etc.....
You will notice that my twitter name is @simplysmartcoin
But to the left of that is the bolded words Smart Business
Try to be kind to people, and they will follow you. I can chat about this more at twitter if you follow me @simplysmartcoin and personal message me.
But first, try to get some of the cheap smartcoins, so you might gain when the price goes up,
from your hard work.

Bugged the mods at cryptsy chat again. Nordman pushed it along. Ticket's been up for 20 days now, also mentioned cryptsy's wallet is down. All I can do.

1- payment processor is a MUST
Later. A merchant can still accept SMC and use the exchanges with little effort. We need to cross into the $250k cap before this is an issue and SMART pay can move into the SMART phone payment market.
2- cryptsy wallet MUST be fixed asap, and we cannot have this going on any time in the future, we need to somehow make sure this doesn't happen
This is issue #1. Let's hound them.
3- price stability. the charts and books look good keep it up. I think 1500satos is an easy target for solid support. Time >> by Sept.

Don't forget I'm holding funds as well for SMC, as I was asked by psionin to fill the position. People are still more than welcome to contribute. I'll knock the fee off if it will help raise more funds. I'll remind everyone this fund is a generic fund and will need approval by psionin and the committee as to where to spend it. As for Cryptsy, give them time. MaxCoin was down last year for nearly 2 months. They now have hundreds of coins to deal with and very limited resources so you'll have to be patient or don't store your coins on there.

such a simple think takes Cryptsy 1+ week to address? This is ridiculous, they are beginning to look really incompetent for such a large exchange.
I don't know what's up with cryptsy. I'm going to have to ask the mod (who is handling my ticket) in chat what's going on with my ticket about the other simple task of the info change. He said Monday, it's now Thursday. Off the top of my head, I think it was a week or so before I spoke to the mod that I initially sent the ticket. Now I'm wondering if the wallet being down has anything to do with my ticket. It shouldn't, unless they think the wallet they were using is scrypt although it was x11. I'll ask the mod what's up with the wallet, too.
Psionin, as "dev", you may have to inquire with cryptsy what the deal is. I'll still do what I'm doing but you may get results faster, given your position.

If anyone has any tips for proper NOMP config for SmartCoin, I would appreciate any info.
I have a functioning pool @ http://mine.donkeypool.com:808, BUT, SmartCoin will not register valid blocks.
The pool indeed finds them, and they get added to the wallet.
But, there seems to be some issue communicating back to NOMP that a valid block was found.
So, no block is logged - instead, and invalid block is logged.
Here's the relevant log entry:
2015-03-10 16:57:11 [Pool] [smartcoin] (Thread 3) Submitted Block using submitblock successfully to daemon instance(s)
