Alright guys, some progress. I set up a dedicated node on a VPS server, set up a DNS seeder, and updated the client code with the address, so the reported sync issues should not occur any longer.
The new release can be downloaded here: https://github.com/psionin/smartcoin/releases/tag/0.8.6.9
Additionally, the ECSDA keys I posted earlier should be okay to use for the Android version, as they are in the new release without issues.
The changes merged from Litecoin should also be good to have, as the previous code was quite outdated, and there have been numerous bug fixes and improvements, and this should give us a stable code base for the upcoming X11 fork.

I cannot get synced pass block 129999
the debug file gives this error:
ERROR: ProcessBlock() : block with too little proof-of-work
connection timeout
I'v tried several nodes from old thread, but no success!
Any advice?

Working on a fix. Meanwhile, it might be possible to resolve it by deleting it and re-starting the download.

any bootstrap torrent?
You mean a download for the blockchain database? Right now there are only ~250K blocks, and it doesn't take long to sync the wallet. However, this can be considered in the future.

I added keys to the dev branch, and this change is awaiting to be merged to the master.

What about maximum supply? Will it be changed to 42 million?
It hasn't been decided yet, but if it is going to be changed, the change would likely be included in the X11 fork.
