How will less hashing power unstick it?
Can we ask the big miners to halt mining for say about an hour? And see if that will help unstuck the blockchain? and maybe shutdown/restart all the wallets?

Last block was 4 hours ago will continue to research this. It was going like a train then stopped.
Looking at this now. Perhaps the timing is out of whack with the mining power currently deployed.
Seems like it's stuck on block 148 at the moment.
