Will i get token immediately once the payment is confirmed ?
What is the logical flow of processing the payment and receiving tokens ?

The patient is the key for any project, what the raise is not important , what is important is the development after the ICO, many succesfull project where free project bitcoin too

So the most important thing is that the developer must always be active in the future, because a lot of projects after the ICO are successful, let alone make it doubtful, remember imusify the project that runs well we have to support it.
