Any pools that are on block 20278 at the moment it's because haven't updated their wallets. Most big pools and all exchanges (Cryptsy included) are on the correct fork.
The correct fork is on block 20257 Hash7b6b3ce604abb632e4b9fd0c79833184deb7226a9a2d98927eb8ea45e8d0f73c, as you can see on the block explorer.
hashfever and dedicated seem to be on the correct fork.
