We will consider fee lowering it the future. Need to make some additional infrastructure updates.
The common fee for most services is 5%. Also they can keep additional fees for deposit or withdraw.

It is the reason why I want to have full control of my wallet, my coins.
I don't want to use any Shared masternode or Staking pool services.
It results in potential terrible un-controllable wallets.

Consider me old fashion, but I prefer to keep SPD or any other coins in my own wallet. By using a third party shared masternode or shared stake service you lose control of your coins. Anything can happen...

I saw the photo of one person of the team with Binance CEO, but keep in mind to not say nothing or suppose nothing please, cause Binance's CEO really doesn't like this kind of thing. I remember in the past when a coin posted a photo like this, and he said " this is how a coin will never be listed on our exchanger".

You mean that your wallet is not synchronized? If this is the case all you need to do is add some nodes in your stipend.conf file and it will sync pretty quickly. Nodes can be found here: https://spd.overemo.com/connections
Once wallet synchronized and 24 h since you add funds to it gone, it'll start staking. Is one of the most stable wallets and staking reward is very attractive at he moment.

If you want to stake your coins, first of all you need to wait atleast 24 hours after you received your coins in your wallet, then obviously you need connection to the servers. ( if you have problems with connection, search on discord channel "addnodes" )
