You can do

Always remember to protect yourself as much as possible. When you purchase anything in crypto make sure you have as much control as possible. If you send from an exchange then you rely on them to get things right and process the transaction. If you send from your local wallet, it's down to you to make sure it's right and you can see the transaction easier.

Most exchanges these days don't have many delays but it does happen

you can send from exchange, you just need to PM me the txid, most if not all exchanges show it
