deleted summer folder in app data, resynced and now stuck at block 18877

I had 3700 coins, the wallet desynchronised, couldn't connect to any node, restarted it, now I have 2700 coins. What is going on here?
You can check you balance by entering you address into block explorer http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/SummerCoinPerhaps you have some coins locked for stake.
And make sure you are using the latest wallet.

When the wallet desynchronised I had 3723.22405942 SUM, now I have 2689.17565744. And the wallet keeps freezing now.
Your balance is wrong simply because your wallet is not synchronized. If you got stuck at downloading blockchain, delete whole blockchain then it will download again, but it will take time.
The wallet claims to be synchronised, but it keeps freezing after 10-15 seconds after opening.
