I know you are a great dev, just being honest overall compared to other coins. Syncoin is a great product but without a good team/business behind it... it will take a while.

Have you tried to recruit other devs? what are the bounty they require?

Yes,  its waiting for an exposure breakthrough. People are relucent to mine this coin because don't understand a coin that isn't a pump and dump. They bitch about a big premine this coin has 0.
The best part about this coin is the hash rate doesn't matter the lower the hash rate the less syncoins. The current reward is around 9.67 Syncoins per block, think the highest reward was 120 Syncoins per block. Around 3350 blocks have been found so far. My guess without looking it up because I have work to do is there is 1.7 million Syncoins total right now and I would guess that's even too high. That would still make this one of the rarest altcoins out there. That's the beauty of this coin is that it has a built in supply and demand function. Right now the demand isn't there for this coin so the block reward sucks. When the demand goes up, the hash rate goes up, and so does the reward per block. When this gets on an exchange it will help with the demand if the price is right.
Yes,  there is just one dev developing this coin currently. I am sure he/she has a real life job to work at as well so it will take time for one person to get everything coded. If someone on this forum could help them I am sure they would take it. I couldn't imagine them saying no. Since there was no premine for this coin there isn't any big bounties. I am sure that's whats keeping other devs away currently. As a community the more we donate back to the dev the more likely their going to start offering bounties to help with development. I could also have rose colored glasses on but I will keep mining this coin till the dev stops supporting coin.

i think that if initial value is right for this coin, let's say 10k-100k satoshi range, we have a basically win-win situation, because your reward will be the same no matter the diff, just hope it won't be dumped when that will happen

actually if i think about it, this mean that it will be dumped, because there is no point in buying , seeing how you can always have the same reward no matter what, until the halving at least...

I am waiting to spend my bitcoins on helping to drive the price upward on whatever exchange Syncoin appears on first.  That will help get a more stable hashrate then a mining rig over the weekend.  The higher the opening price the more interest it will create in the coin especially if it can be maintained.   Just my thinking I have been known to be wrong once

I'll be renting rigs this weekend to up the difficulty; no worries.

Linux wallets are generally compiled by the user himself/herself due to library linking issues; it's not difficult, and is to be expected.
It's also unsafe to distribute Linux binaries.
