For those of you who use cgminer, what settings do you have enabled, things such as --no-submit-stales.

Have you made any changes to:

--expiry
--queue
--scan-time

Have these had any positive affect?

Just trying to find out what settings people are using to get best results and I understand it will vary on different hardware, still interesting to discuss.  The main reason for my asking is that stales are between 5-9% across my 3 rigs, I understand that faster block coins produce high rejects and stales but is this on par with what other users are getting?

My payouts so far have been pretty good and higher than mining ltc etc only, wondering if there is anything else I can do to squeeze a few more shares out.

CAP has been disabled for a while.  The new client came out this morning, so I'll be compiling it shortly and I'll turn the CAP pool on after that.  I'll re-enable CAP on the MP once it has been stable for a few days.  If it forks again after that, I'll be leaning toward removing it permanently.

Is CAP re-enabled? Can we min it directly to test it out?

It's currently still down.  I will most likely re-enable the CAP pool tomorrow at or after 12PM EST when the old nodes are due to be disconnected from the network, assuming there are no major forks and I don't need to redownload the blockchain again.

So I am guessing you pushed this back because they updated to 1.4.2, and the network is still struggling for stability?

You guessed correctly.  And also because I had downloaded the correct chain sometime yesterday and yet somehow still got on a fork, and got on another fork after I installed 1.4.2.  We finally are on the "right" chain now.  We'll see if this holds up for 24 hours.

That is one good thing about having many coins in the pool,l.  When one or two go wonky, you can just flip them off and still have a good number of them to work with.

flound, there's a problem with the NVC pool. It's not showing round shares, so all this hashing power is pointed and no work is being recorded.

edit: Stats are now functioning.

EDIT: I think It has been fixed!
pools seem to be situation normal.

I think all of the pools are wacked out now. I can't get credit for valid shares now in mnc, wdc cgb ports 7777, 3342, 3336, 3339.

My valid shares are locked in wdc and cgb, I get credit for wdc as blocks are found and not in cbg even though I have per-block-estimate.

Mining in mnc I get no credit for valid blocks either, and I found a block #167,548 and got no credit for it either, all my shares were 'rejected' even though I found the block.

Sorry, I checked my system and did a fresh boot but I think it is the pools that are misbehaving.

Drive filled up on one of the servers..  Stuff's catching up now...

Last 2 days I'm seeing alot of invalid shares when switching over to WDC.

It's not 1-2mins of invalid shares but more like 30+mins that's ALOT and can't afford losing 30mins everytime the pool switches to WDC. This will vaporise the advantage of a multi-pool.

10 Minute Hash Rate   1059 Kh/s
Valid Round Shares
Invalid Round Shares   1728
Your Efficiency   0%
Est. Coins/Block   0
Est. Coins/Day   667.9481
Worker Uptime (last 24h)   05:55:12 (24.67%)

It's always WDC?

any ETA for auto-exchange to BTC?

+1
This is the feature I am waiting for to switch to MP back.

Also it seems that 'ACCOUNT / Your Balances' isn't accurate for WDC. I have more than 1000 WDC now, but the Value shown is 0.00007091 (=Ex.rate)
