Yeah that is showing as issue lately,where people are less inclined to invest in ICO due price of eth and btc going up,so some even locked the prices,so token cant be more expensive than some specific amount.

I think this might start with drones first, and then when autonomous cars are produced at mass level, it shouldn't be problem to add that too.

You mean those suckers who run out in front of a car and smash their heads on your windshield?
Those can easily be solved with cameras,its very popular in Russia too.But there are more sophisticated frauds where more vehicles hit each other on purpose,those ones are a bit harder to notice.
