Thats how i understood it too,DAV will be there to connect those who are looking for service and those are are offering it.

I read the other day that Toyota and Pizza Hut are teaming up to make autonomous vehicle for pizza delivery Cheesy

Things are really moving fast,autonomous vehicles will come way sooner than we expect!

I would say no because they don't offer full autonomy.
Autopilot only works after takeoff and before landing

Yeah i wouldnt categorize autopilots as autonomous really,autonomous is way more complex and advanced than that.
