Tokens are charged but the energy inside is not spendable right now, we should wait to the point that the Dapp be ready and the tokens could be redeemed for energy.
This project have a lot pros vs a few cons, their advantages are based on the truth that they are already an successful European high tech energy retailer but if you check the team there exist a lack of professional DApp developers compared with similar energy companies (e.g. Grid+ & PowerLedger).
I will carefully follow this Tuesday AMA to get more details about development phase, I hope RED could gather a professional team of devs that be able to implement this Dapp in a timely manner, as soon as possible.

ICO ended just less than a month ago, and it's already listed on exchanges. I say we have a little more patience. I'm sure the Restart Energy team has a lot in store for MWAT in the near future.

I like the recently introduced borrowing system which will be implemented through smart contract in future to lend your tokens for certain periods to have some kind of passive income from future's potential investors. That solution is very realistic and appropriate way to look after the interest of all involved parties in the project.
