Hey there Hars1998.

1 KW is not equal to 1 USD. The KW Tokens are internal tokens that represent units of energy on the RED Platform. Depending on the local market exchange rate there can be a different rate between KW tokens and KWh delivered. It means each KW tokens will have a different KWh value- depends on local market exchange rate.

Well, yes, they are banned from participating in ICO's but, hopefully, this is just a temporary measure until The People's Bank of China find a way to regulate these markets. Of course there are always ways around bans and sanctions... Shocked
