The public presale runs from 8th of February, 2018 to 10th of March, 2018.
The public token sale runs from 14th of March,2018 to 14th of April, 2018.

Good question, let me attempt to explain this using an example. Look at MoxyOne like a service or an api that a company can use.
Companies that issue whitelabled debit cards through us are only using our infrastructure as a service. We are the middle player that will be enabling the conversion of crypto to fiat and enabling these transactions to happen in real time.
