At TGE Round 1 we raised over 500k USD. At the moment it's enough for pilot integrations and first real business results, that we would like to present before TGE Round 2 to start additional fund raising.

Nice to hear really important for the ecosystem development questions!
We do this in the interest of the project and token holders to create more value at the moment when we officially release tokens to exchanges. If tokens will be allowed to be transferred and traded before their official release on exchanges it creates grounds for fraud, unfair market etc with our tokens, we would like to prevent it to make TGE Round 2 efficiently.
Does that mean, PRP won't be listed on exchanges and first opportunity to sell tokens will be after tge2 and converting to PPR?
