Unfortunately, no. You must bring them off of yobit and use the swap submission form.

ive pounded yobit with a few requests to update today, someone might take notice 
Thank you. We appreciate your efforts. I have contacted Yobit several times with the new wallet link for them to update. I think a major problem lies in the 62M old USDE people still have on the exchange.
