ok here is my dilemma I had the old corgi coins on the old wallet,i sent them to a paper wallet I checked the blockchain explorer for the coins, no coins now either the coin chain needed to load more to push them through or since the coins changed they do not show up. please help me with this is there any way to get my old coins back or new coins idk. when the switch was happening I was moving from texas to maine so this was not the 1st thing on my mind. are these retrievable. thanx

The wallet at nova exchange has been fixed, deposits and withdraws work ok there now for corgicoin, the dev team tested it out wth no issues.

Yeah, i forgot to email them, but I messaged them on twitter. Their support is off until Monday I think due to a holiday though, so likely won't hear much until then at the earliest.

try resending a support ticket now that the wallet is working and most of the team is back from vacation
