As I understand it, VTR will be heading to the International Space Station to prep for its expedition to outside of the visible universe.
Quickly passing the moon.
The moon will be absorbed by VTR's 'matter rockets' and be converted for use as fuel
I think there are many people that are taking a wait and see approach.
If they see a working bittorrent wallet, they will jump in and buy up the available coins. they will push the price to levels where some holders will sell.
So those buying now are taking a risk that the devs posts are legit and they have already developed the bittorrent functionality. Those choosing to wait and see know they will be spending 3, 4, 5 times more than now, but for them that's ok. These are the guys who will drive vtorrent price to $10m, $30m, $60m, $100m.
Shadow has reached $10m without needing to prove anything.
So, personally, I'm buying some now and some later to hedge my bets, so to speak.

Supply. The guy has some insider info?
Could be, but it's not hard to see that this has a lot of potential. They bought a lot I think when it was much less expensive. Seems like they are very ok buying more. Dev team seems solid, and when torrent features are released there will likely be a huge pump...
as coins has said - the user base potential is gigantic

me personal am not even thinking of selling, if others want to do theres even a otc offer if someone want to sell large sums.

i really don't understand what's the point of a crypto currency in relation with torrents
do you have to pay to share/download torrents? if yes, why on earth should i do that when i can get any torrent for free and in a safe way?

Because torrents aren't "free"; bandwidth is not "free".
There has also been a sustained attempt at shutting down torrent-related websites over the past decade; which has increased significantly in the past few weeks.
There are also torrent trackers and communities that have been hit by legal consequences; without sustained communities torrents will die off (never entirely, but the idea of BitTorrent being "content rich" could easily fade away after some time).
vTorrent is best described as a project that will incentivize the torrent network.
well, torrents have been free for long time and i expect they will continue to be free for long
if people are loosing money or getting caught then should be upgraded the tech behind it, no more centralized torrent websites and you can keep torrents totally free and without any bandwidth waste with webtorrents, webRTC and just a browser.
i understand the incentive and why you want to push it but we torrent users have been just fine for many years without it
If someone has a choice of offering free and earning a little to share then which one do you think they will choose?
There are 150m-300m potential users, even if just 1m use vtr to get a good, reputable and encrypted connection, then VTR will have a bigger user base then the whole of the crypto scene on coinmarketcrap, other than Bitcoin and perhaps Litecoin.
So while you have a point, you are also missing the point. vTorrent is a market based option, within the existing landscape, it will find people that want to use it and people that want to profit from making bandwidth available.
If you are telling me that there are zero private systems that have a payment option, I can tell you that you have never heard of Usenet.
