The bittorrent client and the system to reward seeders are not ready yet.

If you read the dev post history, you'll see that they are ready but not yet deployed.

I guess some things have to be done in sequence.

So why i cant get connextions for whole week now.
Something is wrong.

It can only be your local firewall blocking access to the service.

But i have stratis on it as well and is working ok.
Also nav wallet and it fine
Did you try the addnode add command?

Stop shilling with your newbie troll account, trying to get people to dump, just buy.

I doubt many will dump this close to the first fork, the majority of coins are in the hands of the people that have been following this project for the last two years, so they 're in strong hands.

Market is starting to pick back up, look what happens when no one sells, the price goes up.

It's not rocket science.

The current price is still a really good entry point if you ask me.

Also another note is that unless you have set windows explorer/mac os X to display ALL FILE EXTENSIONS then everything anyone says here is pretty much a moot point.

i.e. if you open your folder where the vtorrent program is and it just says "vtorrent" and not "vtorrent.exe" you're probably doing things wrong.
I looked at his screenshots and they type of file is a CONF file, so he is doing that correctly.
Edit:
Here is his screenshot:

As I said before, it needs to be vtorrent.conf, not vTorrent.conf. I believe you already changed that?

If so, it is probably your firewall.

If you don't have any coins in your new wallet

Delete the existing vtorrent folder

download the windows build from this version

https://github.com/vtorrent/vTorrent-Client/releases/tag/0.8.1

then follow the youtube guide

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f--GYd-QFuw

I should delete whole vtorrent including that in
Appdata/ roaming folder? Is maybe peers.dat a problem
In existing load?

yes, delete the whole folder, not just the files inside.

\vTorrent-HD

You also need to make sure that no firewall is blocking the client from working (that includes your router and not just your operating system)

Also the vtorrent.conf file cannot be a word document; you have to be able to open in notepad and see clear formatting. If you've made the document in anything like MS Word etc then it won't work unless you save it in a specific way.

EDIT: Food for thought; can dev please make available a .conf file with peers (because he is the trusted party here) so that people can download it, shove it where it needs to go and get it running
