Nice way to add new torrent functionality to avoid fake share ratios:

This can be used for many things, but it should also be useful to generate a confirmation that the seeder does have a file.
You can then create a three-party network that involves the rights holders so they get their cut of the transaction, while also being able to confirm that a seeder has the rights to transact with a particular file.

About the torrent implementation, currently uploading and seed ratio to generation of TOKEN (which is interchangeable to VTR in client) by seeding algorithm is already implemented but we are now in the process of implementing an anti-cheat system in our BitTorrent Engine as there are many known ways for users to spoofs their upload and cheat their share ratio with tools such as Tracker-Pro, RadioMaster, mRatio and GreedyTorrent which acts as a proxy between client and tracker.
If users are able to cheat their seed ratio, our whole system would then be corrupted.

Just need rights holders to create seeds for local distributors and a new logo, and things are looking good:
Personally I like the logo. Its nice and simple and more represents something that I would download. Anything that looks too flashy kind of gives off the wrong message to me. Just my opinion though.

If you dig into the development history of bitcoin before 2008, you would see it was in the works for a number of years before the first core client was released.
