18/05/18, 8:12 - There were over 55,000 machines mining on the WebDollar blockchain. Because of an overwhelming traffic and some spam transactions too ( a couple of tx had 0.01 WEBD fee ) some of the nodes are no longer sync. They will catch up soon. No WebD amount is lost from your wallet addresses, it will just take some time for the full nodes to sync and update.

It's nice to have a long term horizon of a hundred years of mining, and it's true that web-mining can achieve a higher decentralization than any other method. However, at the moment there is still one fundamental element which is totally centralized, and this is your website, where the people can mine. Should your server disappear, so would the network. And obviously your server cannot plan to be online for the next 100 years. How are you planning to solve this critical issue?
Yes, anyone can import our miner&wallet in their website only adding 2 code lines. But the safest place to mine WebDollar will be our website for avoid scam.

I think if you click right mouse button on web page Webdollar.io and choose "Inspect element" you'll find those 2 code lines

Good suggestion, though they break own the functions in the code
I checked Github and found the JS
WebDollar-Protocol-bundle.js

WebDollar-User-Interface-bundle.js

then used :
this activated the map and starts to connect but has a
"Incognito your wallet will not be saved"
at the top
Ill have to take a look at the JAVA

Hey guys..
I remember seeing somewhere the info to add the java include to your own web page so you can have an accesspoint for webdollar for your website visitors.
I know i saw it , dumb me forgot to bookmark it. Any body know the link or where its is? Think it was one of the Devs expressing how this is done.
I want to set up a dedicated system with SSL to host a Full Node. Now that the nodes can sync together with out going to webdollar.dns. then set up the webpage to to connect to the node.
This way we can have a local USA connection to the backbone.
Thoughts on this idea... Dev?

Whole network is down it appears. Started around 04:00 est. So it's been 8 hrs no blockchain/network
Network still doesn't start work correctly.I refresh my page and no sync again for 10-15 minutes.

Hello! Can you give us more information about your team? Its sad that your project won't have ICO and a bounty campaign
It is a GOOD NEWS that this project is ICO-free.
As for the bounty campaigns, I guess they will come at some point, perhaps when the infrastructure will be complete.

did not quite understand the idea of the project, we have a tether which is backed by the dollar 1 to 1, and now we get a crypto currency which only says that it will change the dollar at the rate of 1 to 1, but what really?

How exactly do we backup the wallet? Is the file we can download from the wallet ( the arrow pointing down ) the wallet file ? Or do we have to back up the entire webdollar folder from IndexedDB folder?
Only the file is needed. If you open it in notepad you'll see your address and private key
