if you bought all those coins from bittrex, or if you received them as stake/pos in the first wallet they might be all from the wrong fork.

the only thing I can think of is the: click "help" tab in wallet then "debug" then "console" and type in "repairwallet" it will tell you how many coins are missing then just wait (about 30 minutes)

Try to start the new wallet without your wallet.dat, let it build a new one but keep you original wallet.dat in a safe place.
If the wallet can finish to sync, close it and replace the wallet.dat.

You can try to reboot your computer before you start the new wallet.

Let me know if this works.

hey guys like i show before wallet v1.2.1 was working well on my Win7, but now stops.. Someone can tell me how to move my NJA from v1.2.1 to v1.2.2 ? When i delete everything except wallet.dat and put 1.2.2 (with old wallet.dat in %appdata%/ninjacoin) i have runtime error.. in background i can see remainig blocks >20000 and all my coins "unconfirmed"
What should i do now?
