When moving to the new wallet, I deleted the previous app data (except the wallet.dat and the .conf files - of course)
Even then, I did need to restart the wallet 2 -3 times when the syncing got stuck early in the chain (which happens in many
wallets - Hunter Coin= nightmare) -  After that, I have not had any problems.

Note: Beginners, make sure you have at least 2 backups of wallet.dat and your private key
         To get your private key, in the console - dumpprivkey (address) - the private key is your coins in the chain. 
         Do not give key to anyone - importing your private key moves the coins to a new wallet. Protect it.
         It is your insurance to make sure you do not lose your coins if your wallet.dat (and the backups)
         get corrupted. Note - if you have multiple addresses in your wallet, you need the privkey for each,
         or, move all of the coins to one address that you have the privkey for.

Important beginner knowledge:
  How to backup wallets
  How to dump private key
  How to set up and use coin control
  Protecting Your  Private key - printed on paper and/or in text file on flash drive.
            Not in a file on your computer in case you get hacked.
  Having an anti-key logger program to avoid your passwords getting stolen
            if a hacker gets a logger on your system. - KeyScrambler is a good one, cheap
            and specifically added ability to auto work with wallets.

Ok everyone, what im finding is the wallet release BEFORE this one has a few bugs in the chain. So what you have to do, is let it sync, and while its syncing go into console, and type: repairwallet

If it says "mismatched coins" , then wait 2 minutes and while in the console hit the UP arrow and enter

you may have to do this until its synced.

The other option is to close your wallet, and use my blockchain and overwrite everything in the xde2v2 folder and restart.

Then do a repairwallet, and restart

The current version we are on does not have this issue.

Let me know after doing this if there are still issues.

Another way you can do this is to perform a "dumprivkey" and create (new and blank) wallet.dat file and import your privkey there.

Let me know if you have any further issues.

Ok I need more information. When you extracted the blockchain file I gave you,  and renamed your wallet.dat file, did you get this error when you launched the wallet the first time?

Now i am having app crash issue with wallet tried several times but it crashes dont know why..

No worries. I can assure you, every single wallet will be working. I will personally guarantee this.

Here is something you can try.


1. Rename your wallet.dat to wallet.old

2. Then download the full current chain here: www.bitcoinlasvegas.net/files/XDE2v2-Blockchain-October-2017.rar

3. Overwrite all of your files in roaming/xde2v2

4. Launch the wallet. It will show a balance of 0 (because it created a new blank wallet.dat

5. Once its synced, close the wallet and delete the blank wallet.dat

6. Rename wallet.old to wallet.dat , relaunch

7. If your balance is correct, you are good, if not go into the console and type repairwallet

8. If it says "wallet check passed" : true

9. if it returns any other message restart it.

Let me know if after you follow these exact instructions you have any more issues.
