Guys I got delayed on sending payments out, as I am working on some issues with Las Vegas coin (the rewards are too high). Everyone was paid for their work, and I even added a few coins each week as interest.
Updates:
1. The explorer is now current and back online. Thank you Presstab.
2. I am finding myself with less time, so I am going to pass the community wallet to Woody, and he has agreed to make the payments from now on.
3. I am still working with coinexchange.io to bring the wallet back online and synced.

Yes i have last time recieved payment on 10/10/2017 after this no payment received (according to my wallet) but showing transactions in http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/XDE2/richlist.php but i am happy with my 500% high staking wallet. thank you vegas

I believe that is normal. Last time I synced from scratch it took a while. The sync stalled a couple times. Lacking patience , I closed the
wallet and reopened and, the syncing picked up right away again.
