Can somebody help me with some information?

My understanding is that Stellar did two distributions/airdrops to Bitcoin holders: one in 2016 and the other in 2017.

https://www.stellar.org/blog/bitcoin-claim-lumens/
https://www.stellar.org/blog/bitcoin-claim-lumens-2/

Does anybody know the Bitcoin block heights that each of these snapshots were taken at? I've been having trouble finding this information. Any help would be much appreciated!

The last distribution in 2017 appears to be based on a snapshot of block #472889

The one in 2016 looks like it was based on the first block on July 4th, which is #419181

Is it a good moment to invest in Stellar now? Iv seen that the circulation supply is on 10% of the max supply. I’m a bit worried about deflation

I'm considering to invest in this coin. Curious, why its ticker is STR on Poloniex (according to Coinmarketcap), is it the same XLM coin?

It's the same. The coin used to be called STR ("Stellar," which is still the name of the network). Then they changed the coin name to XLM ("lumens"). For some reason Poloniex never updated the name.
Its been so long but poloniex stayed with the STR ticker maybe they had reason not changing it, but confusion from investors arise from time to time so better use other exchange where the ticker is correct.

I wonder if Stellar has contacted them to try to clear this up?
