It surely is. Now we aren't seeing huge differences between the numbers of claims so the update seems to be a significant improvement.
That being said, one thing is still catching my attention. At the moment of writing this post, the highest number of claim (the top 2) is 5952 and the lowest number of claim (the top 200) is 3113. And that means the top 2 is able to claim at least 2839 captchas (5952 - 3113) in one hour. That isn't supposed to happen if the "30 claims per minute" limitation still exists because one account is able to claim only 1800 captchas (30 * 60) in one hour under the limitation. Or maybe I'm calculating it incorrectly?

Moreover any account can't claim more than 60 times per minute.
and yes, those accounts are bots. with this they can claim every hour lol
Thanks for the information. Not sure why the limitation changed from 30 times to 60 times. A human isn't able to claims 60 times in one minute in any case.
Given that the text in the current captcha are so askew, it's incredible that bots are still around.

the bots or whoever behind them are getting smarter
rather than claiming whole bunch captchas on single xrb address (eg. owning the top 5)
they spread it out to several xrb addresses to maximize earnings (the top 30)
more spread out claims means less total captcha claimed/hour for all top 200 claimers (avg down)
and resulting higher rate XRB/Captcha (reward up)
Yeah. I think that's also possible.
