I just bought one of these and had it up and running in about 2 minutes after I wiped off all the thermal compound. Really nice product, runs at 180 GH/s or better most of the time.

From the looks of things they apply thermal grease with a fire hose. Some of my new machines had it oozing out of screw holes and the bottom.

Anyone taken the heat sinks off and had a looky loo ?

One of my 6 ants is hashing with one blade only.

So its 90 ghash instead of 180.

I reconnected all the connectors and I know that the  PSU and eveything is fine.

Is there any other Idea what could be wrong? OR am I just having bad luck and that one is broken?

You can connect different ant to non working blade and check with other cable.
Or you can connect small pcb board with ethernet socket to non working blade and try that.

Whats happening when you connecting psu to miner?
Can you see other blade in luCi?

Scam-Busting PSA: Beware of Black Arrow Software
Received my order today, hashing away nicely. Had some funny business setting the wan/lan settings up, but its hashing fine. Anyone else notice that the new boards have PCIE connector sockets as well as the terminals? Makes using a Modular PSU much easier, no need to trim, strip, solder and screw as many extension cords. Big help, thanks BMT.

Has anyone in Canada received any antminers since Bitmain reopened orders at the new BTC1.45 price?

what does the status page show? Is the second board visible, are chips marked with x's?

take a multimeter and measure voltage on both blades - make sure 12V is present and look fro 1.1V across any inductors and capacitors. Its possible one of the 4 'segments' (possible the 1st from the left) has an issue and wont power its controls/chips

Okay time to settle this, let me show you the very nice email I got from bitmain thanking me for my idea for a support system  Roll Eyes

I'm glad he is reading these posts Smiley

Where is the email? Thanks.

I think if bitmain is so positive he should give green light or not for this.
What u done is similar what u was doing in the past.

Who are you to give support?  I think if bitmain will state clear that "use this system for support" then once approved will be something which can be considered as help.

At this moment i would suggest to stay away and keep asking bitmain directly for support.

I was contacted by ups. There were problems at customs. UPS told me it has to deliver some documents to customs. In particular I require an invoice. WHAT DO I DO?

PLEASE HELP ME

Same with me. And furthermore they state that the declared price is too cheap for  the weight...I have provided the original invoice (BTC). We'll see what happens.

Ok Smiley

is this actually from bitmain or you just created for them?
This is running from my server and support for Bitmain - Tickets are raised with bitmain support email also my support team.

Just trying to help anyone that has issues to take the weight of a lot of worrying customer.

System is now full up and running

Is this site Bitmain approved and sanctioned? What does it cost for your support? Thanks.

To make it clear all I have done is created a place for Bitmains customer a easy place to contact and log any faults which are then  send direct to Bitmain email which is support team checks.

I am providing my service at a total free cost. I have a team of 8 members that are very technical and will provide direct assistance for any of Bitmain or Sushis customers.

Cheers

really? why u have to always help someone who is doing good job? first u was creating RAFFLE with cubes and u did dig around outcast3k and tried to overtake his group buy, than u was copycat for mining hardware with your group buy. u even mentioned Th  machines from your source. ninelives from mininghardware.co.uk mention this in His newsletter. than u tried threat him with action from admins  of this forum. now this?! do u really think that bitmain is not doing good job? u don't think that several threads about support and overclocking or setting thing up is not enough? did actually bitmain even been notified that u gonna answer to any question given to him not to u? do u realise that u gonna flood him with unnecessary mails? if anyone need help with anything email is provided on their website. and YES they replying fast for any queries.

Next question is: Why ?

I mean I know why: To receive support

What I mean is what do you get out of it. I am just curious.

I have problems with customs. Watch previous post on this thread Smiley

Sorry buddy. I should have quoted. The question was for Crover and his new support portal for Bitmain. Wink

Raise a ticket and my team will be willing to help and pass onto Bitmain, customs can be an easy sort.

Your team? which one? the A team? this is so funny. you and your team...

Also the good thing about my ticket system is much easier to keep track of issues rather than missing posts on here.

Hope this clears any issues,

Thanks
