Most of the bounty activities do not accept newbies, but there are some activities for newcomers to join. I feel that as a novice, I must first be familiar with the knowledge of cryptocurrencies and gradually accumulate experience and rewards.
They are many bounty for newbies on bounty forum, go through and follow instruction and many are accepting, mostly on a social media campaign is open..
There are many bounty campaigns for newbies. If you're a newbie just joined only on bounty campaign in facebook and twitter and choose only the rules that is 3-5 repost or shares only.
Theres no bounties for newbies if there is,you wont get a good stakes.I suggest to stay away from campaigns for now and focus on ranking here by being active in threads.

I think it's really hard to find a signature campaign for a newbie, I suggest you better upgrade your rank first to Jr. Member looks for a signature campaign (because the average signature campaign receives only the lowest Jr. Member rank). 
I think for newbies they has not bounty campaigns. Because, for the first join the project, they have to improve their knowledge with the post like the topic in announcement. After they posted about the topic, they can rank up to Jr. Member. So after they Jr. Member, they can join bounty campaigns in this project.
My view is 90% bounty's accepted newbies. but some are not allow newbies.some signature campains are not accepted newbies. anyhow there are lot of bounty's for newbie.
Newbies can join Facebook and Twitter campaigns as long as your reach the number of friends or followers requirement. ZENODYS bounty also accepts signature bounty newbies. I just see people saying bounties don't accept newbie. When did the rule change. At least you can participate in any social media bounty it's only the signature bounty you will have to wait till Jr. Member or member..

all bounty will accept newbie to join on social media, blog, translation or youtube but to join on signature only some projects accept newbie and you can find here
I think almost all bounty campaign accept newbie, just for newbie ranking can not follow signature campaign only.
Familiarize yourself with the forum and again give time for reading because it will help broaden your knowledge and understandings.
For the beginner I think is suitable for projects, but you should be careful in determining the airdrop will you follow sometimes participants will be stuck in a scam. Or you learn to increase your ranking account in order to ride in spite of being a junior member. You're new later join the signature campaign.
Newbies are allowed in most part of social media campaigns , but not signature . You have to understand that signature is a type of advertising on forum , but what wil be a reason for a project if newbie will advertise it ? Newbie is not a respectful person and even more newbie accounts often used for a spam or fraud activity , so I can't understand why someone may whant to hire a newbie .
if you are diligent in looking at a bounty treath, of course will find bounty for newbie. because bounty campaign at this time so much. Sometimes I also accidentally found a bounty that received a newbie. Just try to search in bounties.
There are many new campaigns available for newbie even though they're new and their account is new. Just look for the bounty and find them and they will join those who do not have the exact or many requirements they are looking for.

Not for Newbie. You must rank up to Jr.Member first before join that. Because if newbie can do that, maybe there is will be many spam post or even multiply account to get profit.
