my coins have been sitting their for about 24 hours too, i have active connection to network. yet i still dont have any mature coins. How long do they take to mature?

Guys, what am I doing wrong??
Yesterday at 5pm deposited 10k APEX to my wallet.
PC running all the time.
24hours later, it started Staking.
From the very first moments Staking promised ~20minutes [and the number was slowly falling down] expected time to earn the reward.
But 7 hours have passed from that moment and no profit from stake was credited. Still staking.
Wallet writes now the expected time is 3minutes...

I'm glad that you got your wallet synchronized.
This coin is a Proof of Work/Proof of Stake hybrid. That means that you could only mine it for one week, and after that it can only be "mined" by keeping coins in your wallet and generating 10% interest per year on your balance.

Sync stopped on 10057 . and not go further. What is the reason?

Try deleting everything except your wallet.dat file and reinstall the program. Make sure to always back up your wallet.dat in a separate hard drive by the way.

Tested and sent coins to Bittrex just fine. I think you're on the old wallet v1.0 because your txid isn't showing up on the explorer. You need to update your wallet to v1.1 and delete everything in appdata except the wallet.dat and resync. Your coins are gone, so next time always make sure your wallets are up to date and do a test coin before sending all your coins.
If it's on the block explorere and he has the private keys then he didn't lose his coins. He just needs to install the new wallet and resync.

This coin is a total sleeper. Which is awesome for those who still want to trickle buy in.
But I have a feeling Apex is going to wake up soon. I'm in and staking this one.

1m is from PoS already??
Sorry for the confusion, but the 5m figure was only an estimate, as PoS actually started before PoW ended. The real cutoff was block 10,000, which apparently produced 6m.
