You can live without a mobile phone today, 25 years ago only a few people needed a mobile phone, now everyone has at least one. I use my phone to read the news and watch the latest bitcoin price.

I should say "yes" because I spent almost 9 to 10 hour daily operating my cellphone. However,  I also make money through the cellphone too and I am happy to be around my phone.  I think my addictions is a good one because I am making money from it.
That's a good dude. I am also addicted to my phone but I don't make money much, most of my time I watch Youtube and enjoying some bloggers and hoping to be one of them soon. I am really addicted browsing on Facebook and also watching some interesting news from it.
Same with you I'm also using my cellphone without getting any profits, just used it in a regular basis checking chats and fb updates aside from that I also watched videos from YouTube using my spare time but again nothing to be profitable in returned.

I use the phone very often , so most of the work is concentrated in the phone , of course if I worked on the construction site I would not need the phone

The most of the people say that the smartphones exist to give others their undivided attention, but what they don't know that using the phones during social events actually diminishes them own experience of those events. So this tool is responsible for our unsatisfying social interactions.

We are really addicted to our phones? What can we do? What you can do when you keep your phone on and what you do on usually?

Yeah, I can called myself addicted of mobile. But now i have controlled myself because my family felt illiterate with me, and also my regular life has been disturbed, i couldn't sleep on right time and in mid night whenever i waked up i used mobile.
So in short, it is time to change myself, that's why i restrict myself that i use mobile less, and little bit i have changed.

Now what could a man without a phone? absolutely nothing. All life is tied to social networks and other interests. But for me personally, gadgets are my income, so for me it is a necessity and not an addiction
You're wrong , you can live without social networks and phone , I gave up the phone and social networks 2 years ago and I'm good , only I use a button phone and all

I don't consider myself an addict but there's a weird tendency of mine of just turning on the phone screen when I'm bored, would that be considered Grin an initiation?
I also spend most of my time and I look at the phone screen. I can not get rid of it so it's a tough thing, so when I want to know how long it is to see the phone

I use my cellphone a lot but I don't know if this qualifies as an addiction considering that I use them for doing useful things online. I hardly spend a lot of my online time on things that add no value to my life.

I mainly use it for sending SMS and making calls only. I don't play games or watch movies on it.

I don’t even watch TV for about 8 years,
So telephone addiction does not suffer even more
Everyone has become so, I also do not watch television since I have a phone. The phone took over the television
We can get news through the phone.
There is no TV anymore.

I have to confess that I'm very nervous if I loose or can't find my cell phone.
Even during my regular work I use every free moment to check out new messages Smiley

I use my phone mainly for work. But I make sure that I don't get hooked to it to the point that I ignore socializing with people, especially my family. After work, I get off the phone and the internet and spend time with my kids.

In fact we are all addicted to cell phones.
I can not sit for one hour without using my mobile phone. I think the most successful way to reduce it is to help someone else by giving it to your phone and not letting you use it unless necessary
No, we are not all addicted to our cell phones. From what i can see you most likely are very addicted to your phone and that should be something to be concerned about since cell phones are destroying our lives instead of improving it. Honestly i dont understand why people are so addicted to their phones and social media ,but everyone is different and each one can decide how to spend his life.
