I was also targeted by the hackers and loose my Ethereum from MyEtherWallet. This is also the matter of fear i am taking all the precautions but fear of hacking is always there. There is no complaint or recovery after loss of crypto currency.

I can not say that I'm really afraid of hackers. But it's not because I'm too brave. About two years ago I bought a hardware wallet. And now I am calm.

To be honest yes, i'm afraid of hackers. So i use an online wallet for some coins, and Ledger wallets . I keep almost all of the bitcoins and altcoins in this way. But i'm switching to stock exchange to make trade. I will behave this way until the exchanges are fully secure. Yes of course if you have valuable things or info online. Hackers are like thiief that will steal whatever valuable thing you have in virual world. Specially you have big money from crypto currency account like bitcoin or altcoin. That is so scary.
