In the falling market, I managed to buy altcoins 2 times and every time the market dumped more and more. I don't have the money at this point, but I'm waiting for payday to buy more altcoins such as OmiseGo, Nano and Icon.
Bitcoin is a great investment but it is also worth investing in ETH. I think the price of ETH will increase in the next period of time

yes this smart way to earn altcoins 10% of altcoin are doing like that. i also earn money on bounty and signature campaign and then i do trade on that money in exchange for increase my income. 
I see the topic was created in Nov and now we have seen all the bull market touching ATH at ~20K for BTC and now everyone is experiencing the Bearish trend.

I think almost everybody who is invested in bitcoin is also investing in altcoins. So everybody knows that with altcoins you can make more value then with bitcoin. Its not uncommon that some altcoin goes 10x ore more, while bitcoin not make a 10x any time soon because the value is already very high. So with altcoins you have a higher chance for good gains, but already a bigger risk to loose. But investing in altcoins is common for every cryptocurrency investors.

With BTC in such a strong uptrend atm, are you buying altcoins right now? A lot of them are kind of 'cheap' and have been falling while BTC has been increasing.
Yes, of course, I bought Altcoin too. Although Bitcoin is the King of all coins I am sure there are many Altcoin that can compete with Bitcoin. Now it is not too visible, but someday there must be many Altcoin that rivals the price of Bitcoin. So I do not want to just race on one coin, I want to invest in some coins.
Yes right now it's very profitable to buy altcoyin at the stage of today's growth, they are very cheap. BUT when you really want to sell in such a perich it is difficult.
