of course, it is a must if we have to be picky for ico. now it's too much ico that failed and become a scam, of course I do not want to get a scam ico, so I have to be picky and careful. I do not want to lose my money.
unfortunately, there are a lot of scammers on the market. every second project fails. before investing in projects, you need to study each one very well

Currently there are so many scam ico`s so in my own experience i do strictly research about the project that i wanted to invest ,so basically this is my strategy now to avoiding and wasting time/money.
